The number 1138 is commonly hidden in films as a reference to George Lucas' first film, THX 1138. Would a director go so far as to place a significant image at 11 minutes and 38 seconds in a film? That idea was the basis for this collection. The images on this blog are taken from each film at 11:38 according to the DVD timer. It should be noted that I'm doing this mainly for the purpose of having a collection; you'll notice that a number of these movies came out prior to the days of Lucas.
